Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella Salad
1 1⁄2 medium tomatoes
1⁄4 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
1⁄4 cup torn basil leaves
1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 to taste kosher salt or 1⁄2 to taste sea salt, to taste
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into large cubes.
Add basil leaves and drizzle w/ vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle with a little salt.
